Dear Sir,
i am using account number 37101080 bussiness partener plas last one year.UBL branch 0248 situated hafizabad road pindi bhattian has very poor customer services specialy cash officers Mr.Mudasir and Buland.They wasted whole time and use the rough languagee with every customer.kindly investigate and change these persons to provide a better customer services.

Dear Customer

My name is shad muhammad having account No. 1016222-3 in UBL Peshawar Cantt Branch Code 0032. In the 2nd week of February, 2018 I have applied for issuance of cheque book. The cheque book was issued on 20.02.2018 and recovered Rs. 375/- on account of cheque book and Rs. 56.25 as FED from my Account. Over a month has passed and inspite my repeated visits to the Bank, my cheque book has not received in the bank. Is this is the efficiency of UBL nowadays and request for early dispatch of my cheque book.

I have made complaint for non receipt of cheque book of my A/c No. 1016222-3 which was issued on 20.02.2018 and till this time not received the same.
