UBL wallet cash card used,cash came out & returned fastly,twice time happend.

UBL wallet cash card used,cash came out & returned fastly,twice time happend. the limit of my card is 20,000 thousand,once cash returned back fastly then another time transaction could not possible but when i use cash card again the cash did not came but after the bank statment taken by of six month,i shocked that 40,000 amount is deducted on 23/06/09 in statement.plz find what is the problem b/c i am poor men & dependent on salary.For this act i wiil remain thnakful to you.
