Request to activate internet session

I made a regular contact to customer care centre from 2 pm to 6 00pm on 11-11-2017.
My application logged no. Was 11111704816.
During my conversation to each cc representative they ensured me to resolve this within 10 ments but yet my issue to activate internet session has not resolved.
Now I am very disappointed from cc services response who inspire me to complain further to banking mohtasib Pakistan.

They waste my time from 2pm to 6pm and I call about
7-8times but my issue is still to be resolved

Please do something if u can
