when i insert the UBL wallet card in ATM machine, the machine gives the answer that your transiction has been declined. and take your card..with out giving the money.. but i have money in account.. so whats this error.. rpply as soon as possibel.. thanks
At that time your branch may be offline due to any reason
like Light, communication error, or the branch might be running the closing steps or their might be a problem with your account status do check it

Dear kindly check either from branch or from service centre that correct e mail has been feeded and the option of e statement has been activated

for activation of my estatment but no respons. I am also send my activation form verified by my bank branch manger. Plz help how i can active my estatements.

I have not received any bank statement since 2007 and emails or phone calls fall on deaf years.
I was told to collect my Debit card 3 times and on all occasions the card was not there.
UBL is the worst bank after Standard Chartered when it comes to banking services and customer services.
Currently I am facing problems with internet banking. After emailing, faxing, calling, visiting the branch the idiots at UBL cannot figure out how to activate internet banking.

It is stated that I have taken a car from the bank loan .My car Daihatsu Coure CX model 2004 Reg. No LZE9985, Engine No.R020159, Chassis No.7519806. Policy No.43/04/01000,Claim No.44308530/09 arising out of an incident of theft occurred on 13.08.2009 from the market .I have completed all the documentation of this incident. Now the insurance company is ready to pay the possible amount of two Lac Eighty Eight Thousand Rupees . The real amount of the bank is two Lac rupees approximately .but the bank has imposed me extra charges in shap of interest.
Now at this time the situation of my business is about to the point of shut down and I am under the burden of lots of Debt. Due to adverse circumstances, it is my humble request from the bank that please take the real amount that is about two Lac rupees and forgave me remaining amount . So that I will be able to pay my debt with that amount.
Sir I also want to tell you that I have send this application by post to the Head office customer center Karachi and also at main branch Faisalabad. But the said institutions didn’t response me at all.
Sir I hope you will take a kind notice on my Request. I shall be thankful to you.

i m ur bank costumar & my AC # 010-3573-5 from last month i m not getting my bank statment by e mail address .will u tell me pls whts the problem . some problem from system r some other reason . minimum u sent me that statments when i m going to opprate the account. i m waiting ur reply thanks

Sir I am a new customer to UBL. I have opened a new account 10138070 with account title Mominuzzaman, about two weeks ago in UBL branch Hussain D Silva with the branch code 0554. I have been calling UBL for about 2 weeks for my cheque book they have been procrastinating its process and finally they have told me to get it tomorrow, and tomorrow is the last official day before Eid. I need to withdraw some of my amount and I urgently require cheque book. Kindly look into my request its urgent and kindly provide me my cheque book today or tomorrow.ASAP .. thanks on regards

But no money in my card Till this time why because my all the house all the village

Neena here working in state life insurance and we have employees accounts here too..I called to Abbottabad Bank (Pine View Road Branch) on this number 0992-335064 the person who was on the telephone he miss behaved with me a lot.. i just want to know my balance as i am working at karachi and my account is in ur Abbottabad Branch so how it come possible to inquire my balance physically, if they will not tell me my balance or send me my bank statement than how can i up dated with my balance tell him to make excuse and up dated me. I Have Subscribed to the UBL e-statement with 'every week' frequency along with opening of my bank account 2 months back. Not received a single statement yet.
