UBL Complaints - NO CASH IN WATAN CARD

Sir, I request to you, I recive my watan card but, NO CASH IN MY WATAN CARD ACCOUNT, so please active my watan card that i thanksfull for your.

atta muhmmad from mianwali, I have received UBL watan card on 21.09.2010 but watan card has not been activated yet, we are flood victims and we do not get any financial support from Govt or any other organization.please help me in this regard.. my NIC num is 38301-4542650-7 and my WATAN CARD num is 4450876123570004
