Non-activation of Watan Card

I had obtained Watan Card from Hyderabad on 11/10/2010. Despite my repeated calls on UBL Helpline my Card No. 4585 4775 5325 3001 has not yet been activated. Please do the needful for its activation as I am suffering very badly due to same and Eidul Azha is very close. My Contact No. 0306-3172810.

I had obtained Watan Card from Bannu and got the ist and 2nd installment . i had aslo tried for the 3rd installment but the ATM responded that your card needs activation . plz activate my card having no.4585478098798005
