Non submission of LESCO bill payments

Hello team,
Hope you are doing great. My complain is against omni agent last month we have submitted our LESCO bills 2 days before due date but omni agent didnot submit payments in LESCO and bill adjust as arrears in the next month. Bill payment for the month of July-2019 as arrears in the bill of August-2019. He said that he had submitted bills but it is not shown on online bill status. Following are the transaction ID's:
1. 193562903461
2. 193562520207
3. 1935625693017
Agent name is Madina Mobile Centre.

Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Because LESCO will cut the connection after the non-submission of 2 months payment.
