DEAR SIR,
I am writing to u from gujrat ur omni service provider bdo and area manager (sohail) r gaandoo person . bcz i call them but they have no time to pic up phone i call them morning but no contect till evening . i inform bdo mudassar 10 sep my this month profit didnot come in my account yet but still he didnot tell me about this i make a call area manager three days but ur officers have no time to pick up ,they r able to work in fruit market only

Dear Mr. Noumn; this is your Area Manager Sohail; light on this forum as well. I am not posting this to prove you wrong or to prove myself/my team right. But let me clarify to you that if you expect OMNI BDE to do you personal favours by visiting GEPCO & getting your bills adjusted then i am sorry it is out of our job description. Furthermore we had a telephonic conversation last week even when you sent a DR to Murree.
Sir instead of appreciating the efforts of my team you are using such abusive language, this is highly regretted. If you were not comfortable with OMNI services at the first place, you should have intimated us as there is no bounding that is holding you.
Furthermore let me add that if you had some issues you never highlighted them to the ZM Gujrat.
There are ways of get things done sir, far more better than using abusive language.
The reason why i was so annoyed with the dealing of BDO Mudassar. I have called him twice for the payment to Muree but when i have made the transaction he didnt asnwer the call and the customer was not happy with me bcz he has waited couple of hours to get the payment. then i have called the area manager but he didnot reply me in time thats why we r faced the bad behaviour of coustumer. two days before i have called BDO but he didnot answer my calls whole day u didnt answer my call. His reply was that his phone wasnt with him for the whole day. For many occassions i have called him to discuss some matter and his reply was that he gona consult with his boss but he replied me back............. HERE i must admit that one of ur BDO RIZWAN SHAH is very good dealing with clients whenever i have asked him something he never let me down
this is not the way u r complaining Mr.noumn......boss is boss and thats it. your language to so abusive. make sure not to use this kaind of language ever never before. i agreed wid boss comments.
mr afzaal u didnot know what is trhe original matter ? so u r saying like this i know all of things very well but some issue r very importent , when i did first mail nobody come to me for asking what is the original matter and mr sohail is telling a lie i said to the bdo u clear our bill so i disagree with ur comments bcz u didnot say anything before listening both sides oke still ubl omni services is very poor i can prove .
MR afzaal for ur kind information they have fail to do my level three account status and bdo come to me three time for sign on documents but not done till, he has eaten my 500 hundred ruppees before 6 months for convert my account in level three but nothing do till
i agreed but every problem has a solution. if bde not suceed to get your level 3 active that was his mistake. you should have to get this into AM knowledge priorer to using that language. secondly you have the ulternate ways to complaing inspite of using this channel to letdown sombody knowing that this was bde mistake. i mean to say u first com to office for complaing against bde and i am sure my AM should take action even to send him warning letter. hope for answer
