My a/c already oppen in net side, therfore you now introdue three packejes i select the one packeje but not register this account , key pin and secret words i inter atm pin with , but not open my account as this , so kindly help me and solve the problem

my farher who is seriously ill in the Uk. He has some money in the karachi Branch of UBL has not used this account for some years now. Can you advise how he can get this money tranferred either to another account or tranferered to uk. He is too ill to travel . When we have tried to write a cheque the branch manager will not cash the cheques. please advise method how we can withdrown my father hard earned money.
