very bad customer service

yesterday on 29/08/10 i visit UBL shekhupura branch on aziz bhati road,near purana lari ada, for opening my new account,but no one person treat me well ,even i ask for the manager that i want to submit cash in yor bank so kindly open my account, but he look here and there did not give me answer,after some time i again ask him then he told me that one of our employ is on leave ,so today we cannot open your account,you can come some other day and before visiting the branch take appointment,then i met another person Mr mumtaz UBL employe in operation field, he told me that bank timings are now closed at 01.00PM. i ask him that bank timing are at 2.00pm but he also did not give me good response. they waste my presious time 2 hours, i am working in a private company and espacialy for opening my account i make a leave on that day from my company.
Kindky take action against them that due to leave of only one person bank should not be closed, and take care of customer presious time. waiting for your reply.
