Reference above sms, kinldy note that::

1 I received your renewal fee demand on 27.7..11

2) 0n 29.7.ll handed over personally the documents containing original statement giving therein details, above visa card after cuttting into four pieces and requesed to cancel it as I do not want to carry out further. These documents were handed over to Abdul Sattar Employee of Nila Gumbad Br.Lahore who is at the helm of credit card afffairs categoricallly defining him that it is his responsibility to forward it to concerned quarter.

3) Mr.Sattar misplaced my previous two cheques in Sep.. & 0ct.2010 and I had to pay penaltyfor no fault of mine. Kindly check my previous E.mail complaint which are on your record and mine ID inbox. Decision on these complaints is still awaited upto this date which shows malafide by all nook and corner.

4) Since then I did not operate Card till todate.

5) I never made request for further renewal as I am not interest in your card as I have been vicitimized by the Bank in Sep. & 0ct. 2010.

6) At the age of 66 I am being victimized for negligence of your staff in the branch. Is this not mockery that it is reapeatedly 3rd time that fraud is being committed by the same branch and by the same person and no notice is being taken by your office and no disciplinary action is being initiated and rahter notices are being issued to me for payment of demanded amount and penalty which both are illegal as when the card has been returned cutting into four pieces and this is no more in use with me since 0ct 2010 Kindly note that since issueance of the card, all payments/cheques have been routed through Nila Gumbad Br. This is sufficient proof//truth and the dropping/handing over of the last three cheques/documents have been routed through this brach as well. For the assurance I can swear and stand on oath. Kindly check the record.

7) Kindly withdraw the illegal demand otherwise the matter will be persued legaaly at your own costs and risks and all damages will be claimed if the case is not resolved fairly and notices withdrwn and card is cancelled and matter is closed forever..

I hope right perspective of the metter is taken and notices withdrawn as I have done all the requirements within time and within legal frame work.
