Bad signals

Dear Sir,
Would like to bring into your kind notice that in our town the Ufone service is very bad and have very weak signals, Can you do some thing to improve the signals, If you would like to install the tower, for this purpose we can provide you the place for installing the tower, Please contact me on my e-mail address, pls find below my location where the service is very weak.

i m living in phase 6 n there is no signal of ufone for the last 1 hr,wat is this rubbish???
