it is very difficult to get a straight connection. i always have to dial any number 2 or 3 times before my call is connected. moreover the voice quality is very poor, it breaks very often. maybe i have to jump of a plane to get a clear voice. if ufone could spend a bit more on service quality than tv ads. (the ads are good, but my idea of a mobile connection is to be able to make calls). if this keeps up i will change my connection to some other network and will take my friends and family with me. WAKE_UP UFONE PEOPLE

I dunno what you are talking about mate.. since i have been a customer of ufone since 2001 and yes i have seen the network have downtime but as a service it fares far better than any other telecom service.

Dropped calls and call quality can be as much a handset problem as it can be mobile operator one. Have you tried the service with another phone

my hand set is perfectly fine. and its not just me but it my whole network of friends facing these problems. i have been having this problem for more then 6 months now. i am busy these day but as soon as i get free i will switch to some other network (not telenor).
if u don't have any problems then good for u mate, but i am sick and tired of poor voice quality and dropped calls.
having said that, without any doubt ufone offers best call package and i would never switch if they can solve their problem

better your service no error in connection.i have problem error in connection in hadoke muridke dist sheikhupura.this have been for 6 months continoul,i,m upset from this,solve my problem

Ufone got 3rd class service.... My postpaid outgoing is blocked everyday and the issue is still not resolved... Will switch to some other network very soon

My office has just converted us from mobilink to U fone because of some good offers from U fone.....But a kanjar day bachay u fone walay...eeni gandi service aey anna dee....a kanjar commercialan tay changian bana raey nay per network kisay kum da naaenn.... I do no want to use this worst connection, so is the reason I have taken my own personal connection of Mobilink.....
