i called the ufone helpline at first my call gotup to 5 mins but no one there was willing to attend my call then i called them again few days later and after a lot more time they picked it and i ask the attendent to just send me the settings for the MMS and GPRS he then told me that i will receive the settings in about 10 mins but today is now 4th day i havent received that sms.........wats this non sense

yes same case with me. i called 333 and she seen to helpless regard to bb services. ufone unable to provide services..

For BB services 991 is the specific helpline and to connect 991 it is must that u r a postpay subscriber pls.
