Blackberry Service and the 30 hour response time scapegoat!

I should've known better, before porting my number out of Warid and into Ufone, which took almost two weeks to get going. That's only phase one, phase two consisted of broken signals, dropped calls and almost no customer support for an extra week. However, the reception staff at their Clifton outlet were kind enough to appoint a designated 'consultant' to 'fix' the problem, which in all honesty 'almost' got fixed.
Anyway, like the fool I am, I went back and 'requested' them on 991 to re-activate my BlackBerry services, it's taken them over three days already and every time I do call to remind them of this one unimportant customer's 'request', I am told, "Sorry for inconvenience, as per company policy, it will take a maximum of THIRTY HOURS for the first request and another thirty hours for this complain to be acnowldged.'
I request the higher management at Ufone to get a grip on things before other customers like me start looking for alternatives.
