It is stated that my above mentioned simcard was in my use few months ago approximately. The said sim card contains balance Rs.3000 alongwith validity date was
Nov 2010.
Today when I tried to make a call from this simcard, I was informed that the “Simcard
Registration failed” I enquired from 333 Helpline about the status of my simcard. I was informed that this Simcard has been issued duplicate whereas I have not applied for
Duplicate.
Please investigate the matter which franchise has done this without my knowledge.
