I used the Online cash kiosk at the Ufone head office to buy credit for my Prepay connection. I put two One thousand rupee notes into it, and walked away expecting, if not instant credit, at least quick top up. You can imagine my disappointment to find out that the system did not work, and I didnt get a single ruppee of credit all afternoon (I had used the machine at 1150 in the morning).
I am not sure if my multiple calls to the Helpline had any effect, but it took over 8 hours before balance was topped up and I was able to make an outgoing call.
