i dont know why daily 1 rupee is deducted from my account of ufone without any reason.and when i called on help line many times their is no reply.

I have ufone No. (03339835390) I dont know why daily charges is deducted from my account without any reason and when i called on help line many times their is no rply.
Please help me and reply me on urgent basis
