Ufone Complaints - Deduction on balance inquiry

Actually technology and specially communication technology has spoiled the user in Pakistan. We can not imagine that for a caller Pakistan is no less than a heaven. If Ufone charges 50p for balance check its far less than what consumers are paying in other countries. In the so called advanced countries, consumers pay for incoming SMS, even today. They are charged for data services like anything. A mobile connection is rip off in those countries. On the other hand, in Pakistan, a call is 2rupees per minute, which is equal to $0.03 and .01 UK Pound. A local call in the UK costs 50pens, provided you are using the cheapest network (3 mobile). In the US its around $1. Wow 50 rupees and 83 rupees for a local call. How does that sound?

I agree that they give away free phones with connections, but hey, would you really want a fancy phone, or a cheap call. I'll go for that later.

The point i'm trying to make here is that in Pakistan telco is a blessing and its cheap. So if Ufone charges you 50p for checking balance (which you will probably do once a day), it is giving you a local call for 2rupees as compared to 50 and 83. And not to forget, you can call US, UK Canada etc for the same per minute charges....i mean that's a wow...

I was activated uth package, my Rs.300/- have also lost unnecessarilty. Now I am very fed up and hot water for this package. When I try with Sargodha U Frenchise for resolve the matter but not a single person here to resolve my problems. My all balance is lossing day by day, which is caused my financial loss unnecessary.

It is therefore, requested that all the ufone packages may kindly be cancelled from my Cell # 0333-5024500. I shall be very grateful to you.
