ufone gprs not working

i am faceing this problem from yesterday i hv also complained twice at ufone helpline but my issue is not resolved kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. when i try 2to activate my ufone gprs is says packet data not available but i am using it from past 2 months and i also have a gprs package of 30 mb kindly fix my problem i will be really grateful to u.

i have also unlimeted pakage and same problem face
