am the old user of ufone service but now help line of ufone not responding whenever i need help regarding pakges or other service related matters.if ufone compny not check these complaints it will be great loss of their customers.people turn to other networks for their convience.i don't know either the complaints are checked or not.

With reference to your above complaint,
it is very much understood, jbh aap ki help line par koi nahi sun raha tho yahan tho ekr mar hay complaint ki. You are requested to just lodged a complaint against the cellular company on PTA web site link http://www.pta.gov.pk/index.php?option=com_complaint&Itemid=202 and just sue them.
It is that simple.
