pls contact 333 or customeracre@ufonegsm.net for deactivation of info services.

true, i am also sick of this message and since they have this service activated on our numbers, they must be deducting some charges against it.. plus nowadays the message delays have increased a lot. it takes from 1 hour to a whole day for a message to get delivered to other networks.

same problem is with me... and i apply ur procedure to unsub but i got rep that u r not sub to info service but i continously getting msg from 492,, " thx 4 using info services"

Dear All...
Me, my brother and my wife are having the same complain and i am sick and tired of having 1.5 rupee deducted from my account daily! yeah...guys do check your balance after you receive this msg!!
This has been going on since last 1.5 month and 333 help line number never gets through!! I have sent an email to customeracre@ufonegsm.net in details with snap shot of my online web profile showing that i do not have info services subscriptions on my phone!! Even tried to unsubscribe by sending UNSUB sms to 491and received a reply back from "4912034950" saying "Dear customer you are not subscribed for info-services"

This is a cheap way to deduct money from users and i swear if it were out of Pakistan, i would have personally sued the company for doing this unethical act! 1st ufone started with stopping auto sms confirmation messages and now you will have to pay monthly but that's fine, its their network and they can ask us to pay for any service that we use.
Ufone must really straight their ways and find other means to stand in the market by improving their service and not tv advertisements!! I am sure they are spending millions on these tv ads and practically we are ending up having trash signal service with poor quality of voice talk time! and even wrong numbers from ptcl landline numbers and ufone to ufone :D
To me, this is simply end of ufone as far as their services are concerned and if someone is not going to answer to my complain, i swear i will leave this network and i am going to make a lots of other people leave with me!!

Zara sal yeh info service apki ufone ki site say aty hain. meanx apne kabi na kabi ufone ki site kholi hogi aur login hue honge. to woh daily 1rs detect kertay hain. simply call help line aur kahain k mjy info service jo web wali hia woh unsub kerni hia. bus woh kerdainge;

I hve been recieving same message fro last few months with option to unsubscribe it by sending message to 491 , but when I send message to unsubscribe they reply that I am not sunscribe.

i hate it .. i switched to warid now .. mera 85rs ka credit info services mein chala gya and mujhe company ki taraf say koi bhe acha response nahi mila .. ufone suck cheap harkat hai ye boht .. ghatiya company po0r company awam ko lo0tnay ka aur koi raasta nahi mila ??

the worst company and worst service. there is no access to ufon network on my ufon since 24 hours.weak signals. loot rahay ho. kal 24 hours package karaya aur tab se signals e nai aye.
