UFone Complaints - Ufone Ka Balance

Iam using ufone connection since from 3 years. but the problem is that ufone decrase my account balance and do un necessary pakages automatically on my number. thats why i want to change my number in to moblink.

when my sim were missplaced i went to ufone frenchise office in thatta. i applied for duplicate sim. but the person his name was junaid he told me that your number is not in ufone promotin thats why the charges will be charged with you. so if you want to duplicate sim i will charge you. and after that i call in call center more about 3 times & i speach junaid with your operator he cant listen his any speach & he charge me........

send me some balance

I agree there are lots of hidden charges in Ufone..I warn you guys, if you have an Ufone online account (internet) then you must be aware that Re 1+tax is being deducted from your account daily.
Couple of days ago I got msg from Ufone that my VAS has been activated on my request. WTF.. I never did that..
