MNP does not occur

03459154512 this is a prepaid number i have requested in ufone to portout from telenor at 23 august 2010 but until now this number does not portout .
because in the ufone show message "WAITE FOR THE DONOR RESPONCE" but telenor say we have no data of this number .
please solve my problem
