MNP ISSUE

Main Ufone use kar raha tha 4 years se ZONG k call rates kafi CHEAP hain apna # ZONG par convert karwana cha raha hoon but ufone waley mujhay HELP LINE sey call kar kar k Tang kar rahey hain.. jb k main ney unhain Reason bata dia hai k main ZONG sey ziada satisfied hoon...10 din sey main wait kar raha hoon but ufone still reject my mnp request ... HELP LINE fone karney par kehtey hain COSTUMER SERVICE CENTER ana parega... Agar CSC he jana parta hai tu HELP LINE kuun banae hai UFONE ... mera 1 Friend bhee Same Problem main hai wo bhee apna # port karwana chata hai but UFONE Waley Request Reject kar detet hain mustaqil parechan kar rahey hain phone kar kar k but... number release nahe kar rahey.

Ufone walo ko jitna kamina kaho utna kum hai.

Aap himat mat haro meri b sim nahi janay day rahay thay billa wajah reasons laga kar, Ufone apnay city ka main office visit karo un say apni reason batao.

yar asa hi kar rahy hamri puri family may nay apna network mobilink my port in karnwny ke request ke hoi hay magar ufone waly jaan nahi chorty hari kahi kay ufone murda abad

tis is a very selfish attitude of ufone, if they really do not want to loose their custommers then they should improve their service.

i don't what is the problem with UFONE. Why they are reluctant to accept MNP request from U to any other Service.

is their any depart to look after for the users these problems, like PTA.

anyway i will not use U fone any more.
