kindly explain the followings:
. throughout the day network keeps running down...we cant send msgs though we recieve all. more over we cant even make any call..it says connection error. WHY is this happening??
. long msgs, having characters more then 160, do no reach the reciepent in one go. THIS THING IS GETTING ON MY NERVES. The msg is sent from our part, we're waiting for the reply, just to discover that the msg was never delivered. we have to send the message atleast 4,5 times before it reaches the desired person. WHY ARE YOUR SYSTEMS SO SLOW & OUTDATED??? STOP ADVERTISING AND MAKE SOME INVESTMENT ON IMPROVING YOUR SYSTEMS!! THOSE STUPID ADS WONT GET YOU ANY CUSTOMERS RATHER YOU'LL LOSE THE ONES YOU ALREADY HAVE..!!
AND I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO IS FACING THESE PROBLEMS. EVERYONE I KNOW WHO IS USING UFONE HAVE SAME COMPLAINS AND WE ARE SERIOUSLY THINKING OF SWITCHING OUR NETWORKS.
AND STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUTOMER'S PROBLEMS. WE CALL U FOR HELP, NOT TO WASTE OUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ON WAITING FOR HOURS TO REGISTER OUR COMPLAINS. EITHER MAKE THE CALLS FREE OR IMPROVE YOUR CUTOMER CARE SERVICE
