This is in reference to your letter (complaint number CPD/061210/U/4829), dated December 7, 2010,
regarding the obnoxious calls/SMS been received against mobile number, mentioned in your letter, made by
the subscriber of Ufone connection.

Furthermore, we would also like to inform that our valued Prepaid customers can block the obnoxious
callers by dialing “420” (i.e. Call Block Facility charged @ Rs. 9.99/month + tax). Through the said facility,
our subscribers can block up to 20 numbers at the same time. We do appreciate complainant’s
understanding in this context.
