my sim card is not working properly.

hy sir, my ufone sim card is not working because i didn't use it since november 2011. i want to sent easy load in it but it doesn't accept it, and also i got some advance balance on it. but i don't know how it was happened. so please open it .. it is my personal sim card. i didn't use it because i was giving my exams. so i didn't use it. so please open it. i will be very thankful to you.

sir muje msgs retrun karne ka tarika batayen delet kiye hue msgs wapas kese ate hain
