Network Busy

It is informed that i am using Ufone network since last year. In fact the reason for switching over from Moblink to Ufone was Network Problem, which remained almost all the time busy in WAPDA House Lahore locality. Now the same problem is being faced. Please do the needful at the earliest before i get another choice.

Anyone having SMS sending problem in Ufone? I am unable to send SMS for the past 4 and half hours now plz improve your system
