I purchased an edge connection from Ufone head office Islamabad on 18/12/2010 and paid Rs. 7000 for the package of 6 months free internet access. My number is 00365134861. I was unable to conncet on 19/01/2011 so I went to the head office again. I found that my conncetion was free for 1 month besides that I paid for 6 months free access. After two days and calls to customer service as well as topup of my number, it enabled me to connect. Now again it stopped connecting and I recieve message of low balance.
I wonder the big companies like Ufone who mislead people through media are so much irresponsible and I must say cheat. We purchase and pay for the services to have an ease in our daily life. Here instead one pays to get extra business of visiting posh offices of these companies and metal unrest in bonus. Can someone look into these matters of the national and internationl companies? Please
