Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for 14 days sms package on 5th November, 2011 & deduction of Rs.30/- was also made from account by Ufone call centre and received a confirmation sms. On 6th November, 2011 i have received notification that you have insufficient balance and recharge your account and try again. In this connection i have several time complained with call centre, but they have not solve my problem, the complaint numbers are given below:
