i purchased a 250 rupee scratch card from cash and carry in wapda town. when i put the pin number in my cell. it gives the message that card has already been used.i complaint on the service centre. they ask the bar code number and said that the card has not been used yet, almost 5 days are gone they are not telling the solution of problem. i have bad debts of 250 because of ufone

i have two u fone expired cards of u fone of Rs 100 per card . ihave gone kallar syedan u fone sales and service center , they took my cards along with my id copy and returned after two days , on asking why my complained is not solved answer was ,, apney card lay jao aur pindi sey change karwa lo ?
