Dear Sir,
Some days ago I went Ufone Hqtrs. Sukkur for duplicate of Sim No.0333-7236335, my sim was misplaced i want to duplicate but when i reached the ufone hqtrs. the ufone service center person told me that sim is registered in your name. I also provided the JACKET of SIM and Original NIC Card and also told him the favorite number but ufone person did not listen and denied for duplicate of SIM. Sir, actually SIM was mine, last time I get my SIM from ufone Sukkur near Qasim park franchise and registered the sim with duplicate NIC but now SIM is not in my name. more the hqrts ufone person told me check the number yourself. kindly given me the SIM, as i am the original customer of this SIM.
i remained unknown the mistake of ufone franchie they did not registered my SIM, although i given the duplicate of my NIC. hence ufone hqtrs did not reponse correctly.

i registered my ufone sim no 03369292431 tow times from pta 789 on 11:00 am and 1:00 pm on 14-09-10 but still my number is not activated untill i recieved 13 sms from ufone.
