Respected Sir,
just take pain to give thanks for highlighting such a crucial issue of my ufone sim(03336281872).Due to the number of visits at Mailsi frunchisee & Multan Headoffice, I have discouraged from their uncooperative behave.I think it has made impossible to get justice in a country Pakistan.Now Justice has become beyond the approach of any common man.Let me share with you again this injustice story of my ufone sim(03336281872).I have Lost my ID and mobile on 08september2009 and i have also complaint about it at police station, they have registered my Request.I have complete Record of it.Now Somebody has changed the ownership of my ufone sim(03336281872) by the wrong support of any ufone frunchisee & High Rank ufone officer.And after that he replaced it and Now he is using it illegally & abusing my customers.it is extremely sever for the security of my business.

I have visited the Mailsi franchisee & Multan Headoffice again & again and got nothing but a clear denial at last visit on 27th September.Sir Discouraged yet but not disappointed I, being a civilized citizen, Now I have decided to fight at legal front against the cold behavior of franchisee holder and Ufone officer to claim my Business Loss.The source of tension is not that I cant get my ufone sim(03336281872) back but cant get justice.

I want to get my right and teach a lesson to franchise owner and ufone officer not to humiliate any customer.Most of our miseries arise out of unawareness. You know many people having complaints of suffering from mobile, computer, laptop, IT accessories, electronics equipments and other general products’ dealers and shopkeepers, but they are helpless because they don’t know where to go for help and justice.Please proper guide me and Help me what i do for to get back my ufone sim(03336281872).

Accordingly, first you may start from PTA the PTA is providing following services to the cellular companies and the citizens of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. In your perticular case clause b,c,d,e & f of the undermentioned services of PTA is fit for the black sheeps of Ufone and for the company also.

a. Promote rapid modernization of telecommunication systems and
telecommunication services.
b. Promote and protect the interests of users of telecommunication services.
c. Carry out inspections of PTA licensees.
d. Action against illegal telecom operators.
e. Prompt disposal of complaints against telecom operators.
f. Provide assistance to the public for the issuance of licenses by the
Headquarters.
3. You may directly wrote a complaint letter against the Ufone or Ufone officials with providing complete evidence to the Director (Enforcement) PTA of your city in this regard I think the nearest office of of the Director (Enforcement) PTA to Multan is Lahore cantt and the address of the Honorable Director is as follows:

sir i am very worried about the problem of me sim is repalisd by another man who is the friend of franichize of sahati Teli communication Minchan Abad owner and employ of the frinchize name is Muhammad Kashif and they replaisd my no try to change the ownership.
