Theft of cell phone

I have been using ufone sim bearing # 0333-2107195 for the past 6-7 years.Though the sim has been issued on my brothers name but practically It was in my use.I am working as a pharmacy manager in one of the reputable hospitals of the city.To day on my way to work my cell phone has been snatched near u.p.morre.I want to block the sim bearing the above mentioned number immediately,since I have mentioned this number in all my official correspondence so I will be needing that number again on my name.I'm waiting for a response from your side.Just block that sim immediately.
