i have subscribed your internet package UREDGE @50pkr. but not working

It is to inform you that ufone company is not providing privacy to its customers, which is in contradiction to your licence instructions and your instructions to your employs. It means that every Tom, Dick & Herry can get my personal information from your service center if he has some one known there. By personal information , I mean my residential Address and other Biodata. Please take some legal action against all black sheeps serving your company as emplyers.
It is an humble requst to re-hash your policy on the subject.
