i had request for network changing from warid to ufone and today 40 days gone and they stoped my warid service but not giving me ufone sim when i call to 333 they sad just wait two months then u change ur network back to warid

Their service is really poor this happened to me as well when i switched from telenor to ufone they took a lot a time. I think they should be sued for misleading the consumers.

if not, pls mail them along with ur Ufone and other contact number.
I have problem of sudden balance drop, when i call to service center the man tell me u have active massage bucket which is actually not subscribed. he disconnects the call bcz he does not satisfy me.
The ufone Company is very bad company . I requst to Mr. Khuram Mirza who is customer Services sales Agent . I told that tell me the number of ceo of ufone Mr. Abdul Aziz . I complain the number .
sir i told u that plz check the number and inform me who is the person which is disturbe my family i did mail to the ceo of ufone co. Mr. Aziz . Plz reply me as soon as possible

Dear i m Shahzad from Ufone.
i know u convert ur sim in ufone but ufone has its rules that if customer get load and than convert it than sim not converted when he paid it than converted
and if customer get a new sim than he is able to start their sim 60days in same network after than he can able to convert in other network.
thats are some points for convert.
staff also says which thing by which company says that.

Sir mere ufone number se daily balance kat liya jata ha or jb main nan 3 dafa help line par bat ki to muje keha geya k apki ye request hm nan farwerd kr di ha par masla hal ni howa or phir main nan dobara help line par bat ki to muje keha geya k ap k number par internet packg laga howa ha is liye apka balance cat liya jata ha par main nain koi net pack ni lagwaya or nan main apane number par net use krta hon,pls mera ye masla hal kiya jae mera number ye ha,
