Since last few days I'm facing the problem of sudden balance drop in my ufone sim. Please convey my concerns to the officials of ufone. Oonchi dookan, pheeka pakwan. The same has been reported by many others around me.

I am using Ufone No. My complain is that, on 12-Aug-2009, I have subscribe UCONNECT service (Although I've never use this service, and this is monthly subscription service.), on 15-SEP-2009 at 08:08pm, I have received SMS from “29262” that your UCONNECT account has been renewed successfully, I have ignore this SMS but, this same SMS was sent to me 7 times till 16-SEP-2009 at 10:00am and also recharge me 7 times, then I called UFONE help line “333”, they replied that we did not observe any problem and these SMS were sent to you because you have replied for UCONNECT service renewal.
I explain them that if I replied these SMS, then why should I called “333” and if I, then why should for 7 times!!!, but still at that time they have no answer except that you have replied for UCONNECT renewal service, after that I have unsubscribe myself from this service on 16-SEP-2009.
I have forgotten all these things till 05-OCT-2009, when I received SMS from “404” that “you have insufficient account balance. Please recharge your account to resume your UCONNECT services”,
I am in a shock that I have unsubscribe this service on above stated date, then why UFONE sending me this message, and for your information they send me 2 SMS like above !!!!!
I went to UFONE service center at Clifton, again there is no answer, and they said we did not observe any problem and when I asked for the SMS I have received from “404”, they said “just ignore it!!!!!!!!!”
Once again I have received this same SMS on 07-OCT-2009 from “5748” that “YOU HAVE INSUFFICEINT ACCOUNT BALANCE. PLEASE RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT TO RESUME YOUR UCONNECT SERVICE”, when I called again to “333”, they said let us check, but still no reply about that and also the sum of rupees they automatically deducted from my account!!!!.
Therefore, it is kindly requested that kindly take action on these activities to deduct balance from customer account intentionally, and resolve my problem.

NOTE: I have all records for the SMS I have sent for subscription, UFONE send me for details, and all other SMS’s regarding UCONNECT service, if need, can be provided.
Yes I have the same problem UFONE sucks i was using UFONE for the last 2 years but when this problem occur I have changed my connection to Telenor. What the heck is this every day drop of balance. And I got another problem that some times when some one calls me it tells that you number is powered off. This is not fair UFONE are decreasing their customers through their bad service.
so finally ive changed my connection from ufone to warid....a lesser evil.

i ve changed my connection to jazz long ago, we should unite ourselves against these idiots of ufone and switch our connections to some other better ones
ufone is bed service. mera daily balance drop hota hy mena bhot complan ki hy per ufone wala kuch nhn karta. plz everbody muja zong pe sim convert karna ka number to batao plz
