I am using Ufone No. My complain is that, on 12-Aug-2009, I have subscribe UCONNECT service (Although I've never use this service, and this is monthly subscription service.), on 15-SEP-2009 at 08:08pm, I have received SMS from “29262” that your UCONNECT account has been renewed successfully, I have ignore this SMS but, this same SMS was sent to me 7 times till 16-SEP-2009 at 10:00am and also recharge me 7 times, then I called UFONE help line “333”, they replied that we did not observe any problem and these SMS were sent to you because you have replied for UCONNECT service renewal.
I explain them that if I replied these SMS, then why should I called “333” and if I, then why should for 7 times!!!, but still at that time they have no answer except that you have replied for UCONNECT renewal service, after that I have unsubscribe myself from this service on 16-SEP-2009.
I have forgotten all these things till 05-OCT-2009, when I received SMS from “404” that “you have insufficient account balance. Please recharge your account to resume your UCONNECT services”,
I am in a shock that I have unsubscribe this service on above stated date, then why UFONE sending me this message, and for your information they send me 2 SMS like above !!!!!
I went to UFONE service center at Clifton, again there is no answer, and they said we did not observe any problem and when I asked for the SMS I have received from “404”, they said “just ignore it!!!!!!!!!”
Once again I have received this same SMS on 07-OCT-2009 from “5748” that “YOU HAVE INSUFFICEINT ACCOUNT BALANCE. PLEASE RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT TO RESUME YOUR UCONNECT SERVICE”, when I called again to “333”, they said let us check, but still no reply about that and also the sum of rupees they automatically deducted from my account!!!!.
Therefore, it is kindly requested that kindly take action on these activities to deduct balance from customer account intentionally, and resolve my problem.

NOTE: I have all records for the SMS I have sent for subscription, UFONE send me for details, and all other SMS’s regarding UCONNECT service, if need, can be provided.

I I hate you ufone because they deduct balance every 1.15+tax something.
When I talked to ufone customer services they I was charged because of info services.
Although I have this service deactivate more than 50 times but they reactivate themselves without informing customer. I am really annoyed with ufone. I my mobile number had not been spread I would change the sucking operator. Also my sms bucket not activated more than 4 days. I contacted helpline many times but no result except excusing and giving 48 more hours every. I fed up and left contacting helpline. I have lost more than 60 rupees of balance. Why the charge in advance if they can’t active services. Sucking network of govt based.
