Sir, I have been a consumer of Ufone for the last 4/5 years having Phone
No.0332-4112722. About 10 days ago I registered a complaint with the company that unknown deductions are being made from my balance. The official told that charges for info service are being deducted where as no such service has ever been requested or provided. This practice is continued since the date of connection. Similarly earlier charges for providing MCN service were being deducted even after discontinuance of that service. The concerned persong also refused to return the charges unlawfully deducted even after admitting the mistake. On advice of the concerned representative I send unsub to 491 but even now charges are being deducted. Please tell me what should I do to stop this unlawful deduction. Do you want to run the company in this way. This is an open dacoity. Please return my earlier deductions too.
