Unnecessary delay in MNP request

I want to port out from Ufone to Warid, but ufone has given a misstatement to warid that my account balance is outstanding whereas i am mainting a credit balance with ufone. Ufone has put my request on hold till 26 March without any reason? Please help.

dear sir i have been requested at 24 august to portout from telenor to ufone but my request is pending until now .
please solve my problem

I want to port out from Ufone to Mobilink but ufone has given a misstatement to Mobilink, that my account balance is outstanding whereas i am mainting a credit balance with ufone. Ufone has put my request on hold till 24 November 2011 without any reason? Please help
