why did you block my number

dear sir/ mam
this t o inform you that i am using ufone number 03332753972 from last 5 years today this number has been blocked with out any notification from your company to me either any warning msg so this action is not fear in my fever that you blocked my sim with out any reason so do fear action or verification against me or my number.
i will be thankful to you if you shall be take any query
