WRONG BILLING = SNATCHING OF FUNDS FROM CONSUMERS

Without any iota of doubt the billing system of The Pak Telecom Mobile Limited (Ufone) is faulty, it appears that totally non-professional irresponsible peoples are handling the system resultantly the endless possibility turned into COUNTLESS TENSIONS.

Correspondence through SMS and communication through phone calls are conclusive proof of wrong billing system of Ufone. In the Invoice 85715738 Ufone billing system had wrongly charged certain amount and on repeated complainants and personal visits of the complainant, the same were reversed by the Ufone Lords through adjustment vide Ref # 42173910, 42173911 & 42173912 dated September 19, 2010.

On the basis of past history of the Ufone faulty billing system and present incidence, I am of the firm view that Ufone is ultimately involved in snatching the funds of cell phone subscribers through wrong charges/billing, however, without initiating any legal proceedings before competent Consumer Courts, you are requested to kindly explain the following anomalies:-

Dear customer, referring to your billing complaint, we are pleased to inform you that amount of Rs.77/- (tax inclusive) has been credited against your account

During the period 16/09/2010 to 19/10/2010 the issue was discussed in detail with the following Ufone representative:-

1. Mr. Tahir.
2. Ms. Amna.
3. Ms. Anam
4. Mr. Ehsan Khan (Monday 11 Oct, 2010)
5. Ms. Hina (Tuesday 19 Oct, 2010 at 1441 hrs)
6. Mr. Tahir (Monday December 06, 2010)

It is highly regrettable to state that Ufone representative are least interested in resolving Consumer’s problems/issues, till date no plausible justification has been received from Ufone Lords, rather they replied as the issue has been resolved and wrong billed amount has been reversed therefore, there is no issue of complaint against wrong billing. What a fair play at the end of UFONE Company, they are of the view in case of robbery, if the looted/snatched funds have been returned then there will be no issue of Robbery and they shall not be answerable for snatching of funds from Consumers?

The act of UFONE clearly falls under the criminal negligence, intentional denial of service through poor/sub standard quality services; therefore, the same fully falls under the jurisdiction of Consumer Courts having lawful jurisdiction to trial the issue of poor/sub-standard/3rd rated quality services provided to consumers and snatching of funds of Consumers through wrong billing.

To avoid litigation, it is requested to kindly clarify the position of UFONE with corroborative documentary evidence:-

1. Why wrong amount was charged in the Ufone postpaid bill?

2. Who is responsible for this criminal negligence and snatching of funds through wrong billing?

3. What is system of complaint received by Ufone from Consumers and later on it resolution. The record available with me proves the fact beyond any shadow of doubt that the Ufone billing system is totally faulty while the response towards Consumer’s complaints is also highly praiseworthy (without checking/analyzing, a message already drafted has been sent). Answer to this query must be substantiated independently with evidence instead of lame excuses?

4. Against proved cheating and the compensation for mental torture and wastage of time to highlight this hidden financial crime of Ufone, it is suggested immediately pay a penalty/compensation at Rs.100,000/- for criminal negligence of UFONE peoples and 3rd rated quality of UFONE faulty billing system?

I am an old ufone user and i am currently using ufone postpaid connection . My limit is 1000 rs but last month when my balance reached to 800 rps ufone start showing that i have reached to my limitation, this was also happened to my other two friends . We three went to Ufone franchise but nothing happened and we also call to ufone help line but they say that this caunt be happened and u people must be mistaken.

NO DOUBT THE SERVICES OF UFONE ARE 3RD CLASS

I agree with this complain the same thing is happening with me, Ufone is deducting unnecessarily amount from my account too. thy charged for MMS but its not their responsibility that the MMS has received to other receptionist or not. Ufone has a worst billing system.

i cant recive ufone number bill on nail I LAUNCH TWO COMPLAINS
