Wrong charging

I have been using phone No.0332-4112722 for the last 4/5 years. An amount of Rs.1.32 is being deducted from my balance daily without availing any service. Will any person from the company will tell me. I visited the franchise office, lodged complaint with 333 but could not get the answer. What is this.
