WAPDA Complaints - LOADSHEDDING PROBLEM,,,

Load Shedding is technical problem due to unawareness & un favorings towards Pakistan politicians,they deserve to hang just as a Ghuddars.Although Allah has awarded too many natural gifts,but Hukmraan have no in favor of Pakistan.Kill these non patriot politicians to get a perfect relief.

Please be informed that I am retired naval person and since 13 years I am working in overseas (Saudi Arabia) and sending the income to Pakistan. 4 years back have purchase one 4 Marla House in Hassan Town Multan Road Lahore, previously it was property of Mr. Abdul Hameed Khan, today at about the area line man came he disconnect the electric supply of my house even other 5 houses by giving the statement that this 6 house was the property of a person and he is died, he has to pay the electricity bill of RS 64000 before death, the line man is saying now you 6 are the owner of this plot and you have to pay this amount if you will not pay it, electricity will not be provided.

My question to WAPD?PEPCO is if 10 years back this plot was property of one person, when 6 owners purchase from him, so one of them has to request to change the electricity meter on his name, why WAPDA transfer the meter on his name with receiving the previous bill or if the 6 new owners request for 6 meters why WAPDA/PEPCO did not ask them that the owner of this plot is died and all 6 houses owner need to clear this amount then we will issue new meter, even for my house the second owner was Mr. Abdul Hameed and the new meter was issued on his name after that I am the third owner and the third new meter was issued on my name. Why WAPDA did not ask to clear the first owner balance bill and why WAPDA issue two meters. Whenever WAPDA is issuing new meter, WAPDA will never issue a new meter without clearance.

Below are the details of meters.

1) I don’t know the first owner of hole plot who is died.
2) I purchase the house from second owner his name is Mr. Abdul Hameed Khan & the second meter was issued on his name, the meter number was (11123604927044)
3) I am the third owner My name is Naseer Ahmed and the other new meter was issued on my name, the meter number is (1112360492704)

Dear Sirs,

I need your kind attention, the firs owner of hole plot died, then the plot was purchased by 6 owners and 6 owners request for 6 meters and WAPDA issued 6 meters and did not as for the balance of first owner who was died and my meter is change two time and WAPDA did not ask for the balance, now WAPDA wake up and disconnect the supply of 6 houses, I am requesting for justice and for necessary disciplinary action against the area line mane and requesting for your kind attention to fix back our meter and provide us the electricity.

I am working in Makkah (Khana Kaaba) I will pray for all of you for your happy, healthy, long and more successful life with your family. Your usual cooperation and prompt action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
