Impolite and inefficient.
first the wait time was 5 min and zero sec then 5 min 4 sec then 5 min 12 sec then 5 min and 13 sec. i had to wait for like 7 mins to talk to a representitive and mr taimoor was a rude man. All he did was to forward my call and now i have to wait another 24 hrs for problem that has persisted for more than 3 weeks, and this was my second call and to add insult to injury i had to pay for all that bull crap.

dear sir
each time i activate my crazy hour package , they deduce Rs. 24 instead of Rs !5.90, i complained to customer services 3 times but they dont agree they say no only Rs . 15.90 are deduced ,but still the problem is going on.
plz look into the m matter.

AOA Sir,
how r u sir, here'z me a Habib-ur-Rhaman.using ur company network by this # 0321-9284444 sir i m faceing a a problem form last two or three month. i used ur service by paying bills online. so when ever i do that i mean recharge the balance and sent request for detuction amont form my account. so the msg is sent by the request is on pending for two, two or three, three days so i face many problm regarding this. When i call on ur sevce center they always says plz visit nearest farnchez. Repected Sir the nearest farnchez is 2 km form my office. so hoped u understnd wat i want to say. i used ur network balance nearly abt 500 to 1000 per day u also check my record. so i m diapinted every were so i give u a mail. Sir plz do some thing fast. otherwise sir i hav only one choice that is only change the network. tc sir and b blessed

Warid customer service should not exist. nor should their system. I recieved a msg saying my due date is close and i should pay my dues. since it was probably an early morning msg, i ignored this one time msg. I recieved NO further msgs untill at 1 am on new years eve, my phone was blocked and i was stranded. No one in the customer service offered to let my phone be on for half an hr, even though i paid 1500 (33% of my total bill). they insisted i must make a payment of atleast 1600 more to be able to resume any service. SERIOUSLY, if you are stuck in the middle of nowhere, do not bother calling customer service. they will do nothing

I have purchased my choice No. 0321-2388863 in postpaid 0n 9th August 2010 an account of Rs.1700 and promised that after three months you can change it to prepaid and you will get of Rs.1500 ballance.Now I paid four months bill Now I want to change to prepaid but the franchse holder demanded me of Rs.2000 What a big problem creat him.

that There were three Extra sims have drawn against my ID Except one 0321-2388863 but warid help line 321 call me that we have removed the extra sims against your ID but still running on PTA.
Please solve the problem that it made me very intesion

very sad warid telcom very sad , i used warid 5 years ago and my total family butt warid not gv servcs like ufone , zong, recntly zong and u fone and telenor gv thr costomers a new servc self care where all costomers manage persnal account , when need him take calls history sms history,cost history this is very good service for zong ufon etc butt warid plz gv us ans why u this behive with us,?

WARID IS LOSING ITS MARKET SHARE IN MAND NEAR IRAN BORDER.
Sir, Thank you very much for providing the service everywhere but here in mand (120km/h far from Turbat in Balochistan) because of electricity warid Towers are not working your officers are NOT using ganetars as other networks are using so people are being reluctant to use other networks. Not using ganetars because of cost (of diesel) is short term profitable, you know further all very well ' what to do!
