network problem

i have my glow connection # 0321-8958634, i had no issues in starting but now a days it has a major problem which is mentioned below

i call to on-net or off-net my call continuously drop after a few seconds.when i call again it does again & again.

2ndly i need to register on your site WWW.WARIDTELL.COM but i can't access to it because after so many tries i don't get the varification code on my cell phone.

kindly consider it...........
