did you complaint Warid contact center (help line) or any business center? simply call up at 321 or visit nearest business center (main branches) and ask them to write your complaint regarding bill adjustment or credit note as you are charged extra. If the issue will be from Warid ends you will get money back in shape of credit else you will not.

Warid SMS glow is bullshit CRAP.
it happened to me twice, in middle of package they start billing standard way, and all of your balance is gone,
i activated twice and my 72 PKr lost, though it should be only 7.99+tax.
WTH, dont try glow, dont dare to try, or you will be going mad like me, i am going to throw crap glow sim today.

@haroon, burn your sim, that is only way to deactivate it.
@owais, are you joking???? they are never going to give you your money back, they will simply say their billing department, dont find any issue, becuase they are not competent enough to diagnose it, fix kerna to door ki bat hai :@

i wwas shock becuse massage can not be sent

Yar this complaint is correct... I just got the same with my cell... I converted to glow, then 700 package, it worked good till about 10 -15 msgs, then suddenly it stopped sending msgs..

I even tried using the sim in another cell phone, but it did not work, its the problem in sim... not phone or phone settings...

I think I should consider switching the service now...

I think I found the reason this happens....

As soon as your balance goes below Rs10, you cannot send sms... And the worst thing is that even though you cannot send sms, your package charges will be applied every week, and whenever you recharge your balance, all that amount will be deducted...

For eg, if you subscribed for Glow 700 and your balance goes out on the 1st of a month, now if you recharge your sim 2 weeks later, it will deduct 16Rs for the two weeks as well as 8Rs for the next week, although you were not able to send sms all this time...

I activated glow1000 but am still being charged for sms.

I thought since the offer was from Warid it would be safe now I see they have had this problem for years yet still sent me a sms and offered me this service that doesn't work.
It is sooo wrong on so many levels.

I just called Warid to complain and they said something about it not activating because I had recharged with zem cards.
The main point is that Warid knows I have a Warid Sim yet they sent me a glow offer. Why send me an offer without telling me the details? Are they that technically incompetent? Dishonest?

i turned on glow...then 700 sms bundle...i was charged .a total of 37rs...but they clain that they charge arnd 10rs fo glow...and another 10rs for bundle...why the heck 20rs extra charged to me ?

i think in glow sms bundles are cheap but call rates becom high....before converting u should see u need and requirements that what u want ..calls r sms??

it is like ... if ur weekly package didnt expire but ur remaining sms have been finished then they will charge each sms charges ..if you wanna save ur credit then simply deactivate your package first and then activate it again for buying more sms ...
