Deleivery Report...Sim issue

Dear Concern,

From last so many days i am facing issue like the other ppl for sms delievery report...why they deactivate this service no one knows...Another issue is that their TL/Supervisor behaviour is so rude that i think of complaining PTA regarding my sim wrongly activated...maybe they change its ownership internally...
