i visit them at there ,head office 2 times,to change my post paid connection to prepaid but they fucked people said come againg pls
so dont use warid service .
and they singals are like k.e.s.c ,kabhi hai tu kabhi gayub.

I appreciate and find good to object and provide the sufficient proofs of goods or services we are experiencing.

Regarding the cellular companies and their services, I am of practical heavy user of Warid Telecom since its very starting services in the Pakistan. I do endorse and appreciate the quality telecom cellular services of Warid Telecom whether in Post-Paid or Pre-Paid and have found always best to the remaing all available services in Pakistan. And for the endorsement, PTA has also published many reports in which it stated the Warid Telecom a best service provider in quality services.

Besides, I have some reservations on the customer/consumer services and their sometimes attitude/behaviour of the Warid Telecom who may be not so much professional or client oriented to completely satisfy the complainant. I may recommend the better customer experience of the Mobilink.

P.S. I also checked processes through MNPs and having tested all connections.

I'll talk about my experience with warid telecom. I'm the user of warid telecom since it started in Pakistan. I'm using postpaid services and still not getting proper customer support. Even I'm spending 4000rs per month still I suffer with the worst customer support from my network. I'm bound to use it just cos all of my business contacts have my number around the world including my family members, relatives and friends. But now I'm thinking to switch over to some other network to have trouble free service at least, I'd get quality customer support when needed. In last 3 months what I'm facing is unusual service suspension even for more then 10 hours. They don't even bother to call and verify if there is any kinda update. As i enhanced my security deposit and what they did, simply they suspended my service and didn't even bother to call me to verify it. Even i went to the franchise and the guy in the franchise told me, that everything is ok. They don't need no verifications, isn't it pathetic. What if some has to make any urgent call, and what u listen from the help line is "that you still have to wait for another 30 mins to have your service's activated". Damn man it's sucks big time.

I do not agreed to any of you . I worked for Warid for almost 4 years in customer services department and never see such bad attitude and worst service by any of my co worker. Could you please confirm me that at which branch or franchise you visited?

I do not agree to any one of the above complaint , as i am still working in warid customer services , and we never treat our customers like they have mentioned above , besides their complaint not only warid all cellular companies needs time to verify their post pay customers, We are trained to provide the best Customers Services in Pakistan , and i can bet no other cellular company can be compared.
As Mr Mian Ahmed Muaz was spending 4000 per month ,he said it himself their must be something good from the other network which made him use our network .! and spend his money rather then wasting it on different other networks .

In replay to Mr .kamran Qasim , i would like to inform him that their are certain policies ,procedures and restrictions for conversion of number from post to pre, one cannot take Golden number ( silver or other special number ) use it for a day and come back to Warid Customer Services and ask them to change it in prepaid . All such restrictions are explained to the customer and mentioned on the contract which is then signed by him , and one of the copy is also handed over to him ,
So dear Kamran , kindly mention your scenario with your complaint . So that it can bring the clear picture of warid and its Customers services

Sarah, Ive been a Warid zem user for 2 yrs. Overall, Im satisfied with the service. After a call Warid sends back an SMS alert telling the remaining balance. It used to contain the cost of the last call made. Why did warid take out that useful piece of information? I make calls to different locations and it was very useful to know the cost of the last call. Suddenly, warid's alert message doesn't contain that info. Why?

Ms Sarah yeah I'm using warid telecom just cos of it's starting quality service but now it really bother me to change it and from last 2 weeks I'm not using it as my regular number. If we talk about verification then you must be aware of proper way if you guys can call for any complaint, then you can also call to verify and if you already have been through with the verification process and then you find your number suspended I'm sure you'll be same as like mine. And as per Mr. Owais Zareef if you never had bad attitude it doesn't mean that all of your colleagues are like you. But you should admit that the level of Customer Support or service is not as it was before.

Sir, I would really appreciate if you could provide me the name of that center. Management of Warid telecom is always wanted to improve its services and quality. We also have comments cards option which are directly monitored by the head of customer services. You can write your all issues in it and submit in the drop box or you can also send directly via mail.

I once again apologize for all your inconveniences which you may have faced.

You are rite Musaddiq ,warid was allowing all its pre-paid customers to view the end of call notification (EOCN) , but due to few reasons warid changed it services .
We have many feedbacks regarding our EOCN services ,Inshallah Warid will come up with more enhanced features .

Dear Muaz i would like to inform you that verification of a customer dose not mean that he/she visits our Customer Service Centre and submit the required documents.
Our department send their agents at the given address and then they confirm and verified the customers, Otherwise yes ! your number gets blocked due to your unsatisfactory address , But now you can call on 321 to update the same given address and get your number restored.
And for any complaint regarding our services , You can visit warid Commercial website and you can faward your complaint as well

There is always certain changes in the systems almost in all cellular companies for which customers have to coperate with the company in any how. I may not tell you the exact reason but i can definitely assure to that warid will Inshallah come up with more unique features .

ok, now I suspect that warid is deducting more balance after every call than it should and i cant be sure since i cant see the cost of the last call. the new packages from warid may be good but im not able to get answer to a simple question. why did warid remove the cost of last call from the alert message after a call? what was the need to do that? if anyone can tell me a reason for that i would be grateful. regards.

In reply to your question i would like to add up one thing ! if you think to suspect from Warid that it does over charge you! then i am really astonished to hear this from you , because if this was so then Warid would defiantly had terminated its EOCN services.
Dear what you blamed on services is not true at all ! and again if you think we are wrong then you may call on Warid helpline for further complaint , our concerns really does look into such complaint and they do satisfy their customers ! ( regarding Eocn services , as an employee i will defiantly faward your feed back or suggestion to the department )

Thanks for your quick reply all the time here. But honestly no came in person to verify the address as well as no one called. It was sudden and very inconvenient for me. Sorry to say but some time the people over 321 and franchise don't take issue's seriously either they are having their own problems or their official problems. And again I would like to tell you no one contacted me for the address verification. So you have to admit your fault.

My dear, since the size of all telecos including PTCL is so large, they can't check all their franchises or Exchanges(in case of PTCL).
Fortunately, in case of GSM operators, we can easily switch compared to PTCL.
So Port your number to that network, whose Franchise is more friendly in your area.
By the way, even I faced problem with a Warid franchise when they refused to take my port-in request into Warid and since Telenor franchise was nearby, I took my SIM to telenor and my number was ported in very next day(They(telenor) hardly took 24 hours comapred to 4 days time-lol!).

I would like to ask you ! when did you last call on 321, ? and when was your number disconnected due to address verification ! because we have a policy , we do update the same address on help line and restore the number within 15 mints only ! and i would never agree what you said , warid does intimate through sms ,if customers' address is not satisfactory and give them 24 hours time to get their address updated !

It's been more then a month now. I enhanced my security deposit and on the very next day it happened. Once again I would like to let you know, that i didn't received any call in fact when i visited the franchise for the enhancement I asked them twice about any kind of verification and they said, there won't be any verification needed. But I'm not getting the point why my number got blocked, don't you think it's an issue. About calling 321 I did it a couple of days ago.
